Management Consultant - Strategy (12 months engagement)

We are currently seeking a Management Consultant - Strategy for a 12-month engagement in Riyadh, KSA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with client team members and managing project timelines and budgets effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client data, designing solutions, conducting research activities, analyzing market trends, and crafting communication materials for clients.

Reporting to the Manager or above, you will participate in team meetings, provide regular project updates to managers, and ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables. Key relationships will be established with your manager, project managers, and other members of the Consulting team. You will work closely with designated project managers on client projects to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a leading institution, relevant consulting experience, excellent MS Office skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Key skills such as outstanding facilitation abilities, results-driven mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to travel weekly, and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations are essential. Core competencies including adaptability, critical thinking, people management skills, self-development focus, and business acumen are highly valued.
