We are currently looking for a skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team and lead our corporate strategy initiatives and M&A activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the growth trajectory of our company by identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities within the management consulting, training, and technology sectors. As a Strategy Consultant at Tharwah, you will be responsible for developing and executing our corporate growth strategy, conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets, managing the end-to-end M&A process, creating strategic frameworks for market evaluation, leading key projects across service lines, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, monitoring industry trends for growth opportunities, collaborating with department heads to align initiatives with operational capabilities, and tracking KPIs for strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance with 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting and demonstrated expertise in M&A transactions. Strong financial modeling skills, valuation expertise, strategic analysis abilities are essential along with a background in the management consulting industry. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a management consulting firm, knowledge of talent assessment and training industry dynamics, post-merger integration experience, understanding of technology product development and digital transformation concepts as well as relevant professional certifications such as CFA or Strategy frameworks.
