The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in project management, particularly in large-scale Earthworks/Roads programs. You must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience and a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree would be advantageous. Additionally, you must demonstrate expertise in project management best practices, tools, methodologies, risk management strategies, and conflict resolution techniques. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be required to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
