As the Lead System Architect (LSA) at INOVAR, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring that all solutions align with client requirements and business objectives. You will provide strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Additionally, you will drive performance optimization, maintain code quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and review/approve all Pega application designs.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pega development, including at least 1 year as an LSA. You should have deep knowledge of Pega PRPC, BPM, and related frameworks, demonstrating your ability to lead complex enterprise-level Pega applications effectively. Strong expertise in application design, system integration, and performance tuning is essential for success in this role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
