Controller Finance Director

Royal Ocean Marine, a leading maritime headhunting company, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Controller Finance Director to join our client an MNC companies. As the Controller Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

Work as a proactive business partner with areas of the business to prepare financial plans and estimates of future business plans, budgets, and strategies. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with the senior leadership team to identify their needs and offer recommendations
Provide and prepare management with financial information, business review and trend analysis and use this information to drive planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, decision making and controlling
Perform financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators and provide insights to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial process improvements and efficiencies
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excel, Hyperion, Google slides etc, data analysis
Provide and prepare management with financial information, business review and trend analysis and use this information to drive planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, decision making and controlling

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
At least 7 years of progressive experience in financial management roles
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in driving financial performance and achieving targets
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
