Our client, a Multinational Professional Services firm with a presence in nearly 40 countries, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role offers the chance to oversee finance and operations in the GCC region, providing excellent international exposure and opportunities for career progression within a dynamic work environment.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for various financial tasks such as financial closing, budgeting, planning, forecasting, tax compliance, payroll management, and maintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop analysis reports for top management presentations, offering strategic guidance to enhance decision-making and drive business insights. Additionally, you will work with shared services functions to ensure control over accounting activities and collaborate with other departments like operations, HR, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting, along with professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA or CA. A minimum of 8 years of experience working within a multinational organization is essential for this role. Candidates must have a proven track record in finance and operations roles within Professional Services firms. Experience working independently or within lean teams is considered an added advantage.
