**About the Role**

As the Head of Operations at Advanced Resource Managers, you will play a crucial role reporting directly to the COO. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the operational effectiveness and strategic management of vessel operations within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as Head of Operations will include developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for vessel operations that align with corporate objectives. You will oversee daily operations of the vessel fleet to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with maritime regulations. Monitoring vessel performance closely allows you to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while reducing costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance related to safety, environmental standards, and security measures within vessel operations.
