As an Engineering Manager Service, you will lead the engineering team to deliver the Early Infrastructure Works package in line with project requirements and quality standards.

In this role, you will oversee all engineering activities for the Early Infrastructure Works (EIW) package, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements throughout the engineering process. You will be responsible for managing the engineering team to facilitate seamless project execution through effective coordination and resource allocation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other key roles such as Package Lead, Quality Lead, Project Engineers, and Civil Engineers to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) with a Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred. You should have experience providing technical guidance to discipline engineers and ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry best practices. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be the main point of contact for engineering-related matters with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
