As a Mechanical Supervisor with us, your key responsibilities will include overseeing and managing maintenance activities for mechanical equipment, developing comprehensive maintenance procedures aligned with industry best practices, collaborating with Quality Assurance during audits, contributing to training programs for enhancing mechanical maintenance skills across teams, and providing outage and emergency response support as needed by plant operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification along with at least 8 years of experience in the Nuclear Power Plant industry focusing on general maintenance and team management.

To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in MS Project/Primavera software tools, strong decision-making and leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of nuclear power plant safety procedures.
