The HR Officer will play a crucial role in managing various HR and administrative processes, including employee onboarding, payroll management, insurance enrollment, and data maintenance using HRMS. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employees' files and records, conducting probation period appraisals, issuing confirmation of employment letters, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts effectively, implementing performance reviews, setting goals, developing comprehensive HR policies, updating organizational policies for compliance with labor laws are key responsibilities of this role.
In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations. They will also be involved in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. The HR Officer must maintain accurate employee records securely while upholding confidentiality at all times.
