As the Field Engineering Manager at Duncan & Ross, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all field engineering activities on a prominent onshore oil and gas project in Abu Dhabi. Your role will involve managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring quality control, and aligning project deliverables with ADNOC standards and industry requirements. You will serve as the primary interface between project management teams, engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and coordinating field engineering teams across various disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping. You will implement quality control standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to engineering teams, conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related field) along with 10-15 years of field engineering experience. A minimum of 5 years in a management or supervisory role on ADNOC Onshore projects or other major oil and gas projects in the Middle East is required. Strong leadership skills, experience in managing multidisciplinary field engineering teams on large-scale projects, and a deep understanding of engineering standards across various disciplines are essential qualifications for this role.
