As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations within the Dubai region. Your primary role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth while ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, providing strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will optimize financial resources for sustainability and profitability, manage tax planning and risk management processes, coordinate internal and external audits for compliance, and develop strategies to enhance financial processes.

The ideal candidate for this role must be fluent in Turkish (native speakers preferred) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). You should have proven experience in financial leadership roles with strong knowledge of financial regulations and business strategies. Residing in Dubai or having work experience in the region is highly preferred. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills as well as strong communication and leadership qualities are essential for success in this position.
