Project Director

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Director to join our team and lead multimillion USD T24/TCB implementation projects.

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, serving as the escalation point for issues beyond the scope of Project Managers. You will participate in project steering committees, coordinate project activities, acquire necessary resources, and resolve conflicts that may arise between clients and the project team. Additionally, you will provide support to Project Managers, monitor project progress closely, and communicate effectively with senior management to address any project-related issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 20 years of information systems project management experience in a banking environment. You should have a proven track record of managing multimillion dollar core banking transformation projects as a project/program director. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Temenos Implementation Methodology is essential, along with the ability to assess implications of banking and technology trends. Strong leadership skills, conflict management abilities, and experience with P&L ownership are also required.
