**Role Summary:**
As the Associate Finance Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit, you will support the Financial Controller in maintaining a strong internal control environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing balance sheets, analyzing working capital and cash flow reports, reviewing receivables & collections, preparing board reporting packs for Corporate, and reviewing BU IFRS statutory financial statements. Additionally, you will be involved in various Finance Transformation & Business process optimization projects.
**Role Profile:**
Your key responsibilities will involve monitoring working capital fortnightly & monthly by preparing balance sheet reports with actual performance against budget/forecast. You'll analyze billing and collection data, high-risk tenant groups, AR targets for collection teams, automation of Power BI reports, preparation of annual budgets & forecasts for balance sheets/cash flows submission to Corporate. Furthermore, you will support Control Function activities including internal/external audits and corporate governance compliance.
**Requirements:**
We are looking for a qualified accountant with a CA/ACCA/CPA degree and 5-7 years of post-qualification experience.
