As a Finance Officer at O&S Security Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, developing financial models for forecasting and decision-making, and providing regular financial reports to management and stakeholders. You will lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget variances, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills are required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, along with demonstrated leadership and project management skills are essential. Experience with SAP systems and within the manufacturing industry is a must. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
