As the HR & Admin Assistant at Pini Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management through a combination of HR responsibilities and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration within the UAE region. Strong administrative skills, knowledge of UAE labor laws, and the ability to efficiently handle various HR functions are essential for this position. You will be responsible for coordinating visa processing for employees both locally and internationally, managing senior management expenses, organizing travel arrangements, scheduling meetings for senior executives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and providing additional HR and administrative support as needed.
