As a Wealth Manager at Premier Properties Dubai, you will be responsible for catering to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) by managing real estate investment portfolios, advising on luxury property acquisitions, and developing tailored financial strategies that align with clients' wealth growth and preservation goals. Your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with clients, acquiring new clients through networks and referrals, guiding clients through luxury property investments in Dubai and international markets, collaborating with clients to define financial goals and develop wealth management strategies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification such as CFA or CFP would be advantageous. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, real estate advisory or investment banking with a proven track record of managing HNWI/UHNWI portfolios within the real estate sector. Strong understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market along with exceptional communication, negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
