Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the CEMEA region. The ideal candidate will oversee expense and headcount analysis and planning for Visa CEMEA. Key responsibilities include developing expense forecasts and budgets for Corporate Functions, leading headcount planning processes, preparing detailed financial analysis reports for senior management, collaborating with various departments for financial decision-making, and ensuring alignment between expenses/headcount plans with strategic goals.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis focusing on expense management and headcount planning. Proficiency in financial modeling techniques, PowerBI, Excel is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. This hybrid role allows flexibility between remote work and office presence based on business needs.
