Job Description:
Analytical insight and process improvement: Identify process improvement initiatives, propose enhancements to streamline financial planning processes, develop business case models for new investments.
Business partnering: Develop relationships with business partners for financial management support.
Reporting and analysis: Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, analyze actual results against budgeted figures.
Budgeting and planning: Lead budget process for the function, guide cost center managers on budgets/forecasts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, at least 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience. Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel, Power BI. Must be detail-oriented with a strong bias for action.
