Project Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have onshore FEED experience on Gas processing facilities. As the Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing the engineering aspects of multiple projects while ensuring adherence to HSSE standards, quality requirements, schedule deadlines, and budget constraints. You will oversee the technical excellence of engineering activities across all disciplines within your assigned projects.

In this role, you will drive technical assurance by promoting corporate procedures and ensuring compliance with standards to deliver engineering excellence. You will lead multidiscipline engineering teams by managing recruitment processes, performance evaluations, succession planning, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will manage key stakeholders involved in project execution activities by developing project execution plans, directing resources efficiently, negotiating with clients on specifications, and resolving complex technical issues.

The successful candidate for this position should hold an engineering degree in any discipline with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the field. You should have at least 5 years of recent experience as an Engineering Manager on major Gas processing projects. Strong leadership skills combined with technical expertise are essential for this role.
