Camino Search is thrilled to collaborate with a high-growth software company in the Northeast, on the hunt for an energetic Finance Director. This role is a chance to elevate the finance department and partner with the Senior Leadership Team.


Your Mission:

Lead the charge in establishing a premier finance operation that propels business growth.
Uphold a solid financial governance framework, ensuring compliance with policies.
Initiate and manage finance projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and automation.
Supervise technological advancements, focusing on Finance System improvements.
Evaluate financial metrics and KPIs to drive performance enhancements.
Develop financial plans that support the company’s growth strategy.
Tax, Treasury & Transfer Pricing
Conduct financial due diligence for key acquisitions.
Guide a top-tier finance team towards a culture of excellence.


Ideal Candidate:

Holds ACA/ACCA credentials or equivalent, having trained within a top 10 practice
Has experience leading finance at the board level as a CFO or senior finance executive.
Thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings.
Boasts substantial technical accounting knowledge.
Has a history of driving transformation and process enhancements.
Possesses exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
