We are currently seeking an Offshore Recruitment & Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Philippines and offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume sourcing/recruiting, BPO/call center/VA/remote support, or related fields. Strong English/Filipino communication skills are essential, with knowledge of other dialects considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and internet productivity tools is required for this role.

As an Offshore Recruitment & Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with caregiver candidates to ensure full shift coverage, matching caregivers with clients based on various criteria, meeting weekly interview targets, collecting pre-employment requirements, and utilizing various software tools accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to perform other HR duties as needed to support the smooth operation of our agency.
