**Position Overview:**
Netwrix is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Compliance Manager to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make significant business impacts and grow your career in a high-growth tech environment surrounded by a supportive team.

**Responsibilities:**
The Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing various compliance initiatives within the organization. This includes analyzing the company's compliance posture, coordinating certification audit cycles, collaborating with auditors as needed, and working closely with the CISO to ensure compliance leading up to audits/evaluations. Additionally, responsibilities involve analyzing policies and processes related to ISO/SOC certifications, Privacy (GDPR, CCPA), Ecovadis and CSRD reviews, DORA requirements, EU AI Act compliance, monitoring new regulations, and maintaining SAM renewals.

**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience managing corporate compliance programs for software companies and implementing compliance initiatives. Strong project management skills are essential along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with compliance or third-party risk management software is preferred.
