As a Google Workspace Integration Specialist, your key responsibilities will include assessing and solving challenges in cross-platform collaboration between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. You will be tasked with optimizing settings, permissions, and sharing policies across platforms such as Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Additionally, you will need to develop automation and integrations using APIs, Google Apps Script, Power Automate, Python, among others. Troubleshooting email routing issues between Gmail and Outlook, managing identity through OAuth, SAML, SSO protocols, and implementing security policies will also be part of your daily tasks.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments with a strong understanding of Google Drive, Shared Drives, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Groups. Proficiency in security policies implementation along with hands-on experience in APIs usage and third-party integrations tools like CloudM or BetterCloud is required. Strong troubleshooting skills coupled with effective communication abilities are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include certifications in either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 as well as a background in IT support or enterprise-level IT administration.
