As a Marketing & Communication Manager at ACCOR, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our print, digital, and social media presence to drive revenue generation programs and elevate our brand identity.

As the Marketing & Communication Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing various aspects of the Hotel's marketing initiatives such as print and online advertising campaigns, social media promotions, in-house newsletters creation, partner marketing collaborations, and website optimization. Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will implement strategic plans to maximize online revenue opportunities for the resort. Additionally, you will work under the guidance of the Group Director of Communications & Business Development and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to execute campaigns effectively while managing objectives related to asset/content creation and brand initiatives.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on managing CRM & Digital campaigns within an F&B environment. A solid educational background with a BS degree in Management or a master's degree in marketing is essential. Your expertise should extend to customer relationship management, data analysis, shopper habits and trends understanding, as well as proficiency in customer loyalty programs development. Being well-versed in digital platforms utilization for customer-centric campaigns is crucial. Moreover, your ability to multitask effectively while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously will be key to success.
