Saudi Arabia Sotheby's International Realty, the largest luxury Real Estate brokerage in the UAE and a global leader in luxury properties, is seeking a Sales Manager - Project Development to join its Riyadh-based team. As part of the highest volume producing affiliates in the Sotheby's International Realty network, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, highly presentable, and experienced with assisting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving industry sales targets set by the Head of Sales while providing dedicated services to UHNW individuals for purchasing and selling primary and secondary Real Estate properties. You will promote exclusive Ultra Luxury KSA based branded developments and ensure minimum sales targets are met. Additionally, you will interview prospective purchasers, advise clients on market conditions and legal requirements, coordinate property showings, present purchase offers to sellers, negotiate between buyers and sellers on property prices, and oversee property closings.
