The Marketing & Communication Manager at AccorHotel will play a crucial role in enhancing the hotel's print, digital, and social media presence. Working under the guidance of the Group Director of Communications & Business Development and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing & Communication Manager will oversee asset creation, content development, and brand initiatives to drive business objectives forward.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with specific expertise in CRM management and digital campaigns within the F&B sector. A strong educational background with a BS degree in Management or a master's degree in Marketing is preferred. Proficiency in customer relationship management tools, data analysis techniques, digital platforms utilization for customer-driven campaigns are essential. The successful candidate should be creative, forward-thinking individual with excellent communication skills who thrives on creating buzz around marketing initiatives. Experience with content management systems, agency interactions, campaign planning and monitoring are key requirements for this position.
