JOBSCAN Middle East Ltd. is currently seeking a Finance Controller for our client, a Multinational manufacturer of advanced machinery, systems, and solutions. Our client's regional office in Dubai is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team and work closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls implementation, cost management, process improvement, contract management, and team management.

As the Finance Controller, your responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, conducting financial performance analysis across business units and product lines, developing internal controls and compliances as per company policies, managing cost centers and profit centers accounting, monitoring costs across the region, identifying process improvements and cost savings opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract management and financial risk assessment while providing mentorship and training to your team.

To qualify for this role, you must be a Qualified Finance Graduate with professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA. You should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience ideally working in an industrial product-based/manufacturing environment or within machinery-related services industry. Strong work experience involving financial reporting, business analysis, project management financial forecasting & evaluation is required along with good understanding and experience in IFRS. Fluency in French or Arabic or German would be preferred along with experience in SAP.
