Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth documentation process.
- Develop and implement efficient business processes, including workflows for business registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.
- Address complaints, resolve issues, and monitor employee productivity.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and leadership to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and manage team responsibilities effectively.
- Regularly update daily work status and ensure clear communication with Sales and Management teams.
- Submit weekly work status reports to management and ensure timely delivery of action points.
- Oversee and format SOPs, forms, and work instructions in line with company standards.
- Diligently follow up on official approvals, ensuring timelines are met.
- Stay updated on SOPs, rules, regulations, and new information impacting operations.
- Handle client relations by understanding needs, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing concerns.
- Update and manage work status in CRM systems like Salesforce daily.
- Ensure accurate document uploads by the Operations team in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage free zone transactions. visa. and licensing processes as required. Conduct PRO works when needed. Utilize manpower efficiently. Observe. review. analyze processes to identify inefficiencies. implement improvements.
