Electronics Engineering Manager

As the Electronics Engineering Manager, you will oversee and mentor electronic engineers involved in new product development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include approving electronic designs and manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications while maintaining high product quality within budget constraints. You will address design challenges related to system architecture, schematics, PCB layouts, software integration, and manufacturability throughout the product development cycle. Additionally, you will define specifications for entire products and electronic components to enhance product quality, yield rates, and reliability.

The successful candidate must hold a degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience and managerial exposure. Proficiency in high-quality audio or power supply hardware design is advantageous. Strong leadership skills are essential for managing product development progress effectively. Excellent communication abilities are crucial for coordinating across departments and handling challenging assignments confidently. Fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required for seamless interaction within our Shenzhen Product Development Centre located in Futian District.
