Maintain documentation records, negotiate rates with forwarders, handle letters of credit, follow up on shipments, prepare expense statements, maintain shipment tracker, escalate issues when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile: Understanding of FMCG business, Certification in Supply Chain, 2-3 years experience in operational role, proactive with strong communication skills. Customer-focused approach, accuracy and attention to detail.
