About the job: Responsible for day-to-day activities related to supervising all restaurant related activities including checking in on dining customers, supervising kitchen and catering staff, monitoring inventory, and maintaining smooth operation. Maintain communication with food and beverages manager, work with Executive Chef, handle guest complaints, monitor cash flow, manage inventory, oversee food preparation and storage. Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a similar role.
