We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at Sushi Sushi. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment in alignment with OHS standards, report any incidents or hazards promptly, and actively participate in hazard resolution efforts. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will lead and develop a team of Sushi Artisans to maintain high standards of quality and service throughout the day. With at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in sushi restaurants, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workforce effectively.

In addition to the role of Restaurant Manager, we are also seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will support the Store Manager in leading a team of Level 1 Employees (Sushi Artisans). The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in managing and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring that products are presented fresh and appealing throughout the day. With knowledge of food safety requirements, workplace health and safety regulations, as well as experience in managing stock takes, cost of goods sold (COGS), and labor, the ideal candidate for this role will foster a fun and engaging work environment while upholding high standards at all times.
