As an Organizational Development Lead at 3i Holding Company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational design and HR policies. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), maintaining records, creating organizational structures, job families, and competency frameworks. Additionally, you will analyze HR metrics to prepare reports on performance and assist in maintaining and developing HR technical tools such as HRMS, LMS, PMS, RMS. You will also be involved in various tasks related to Organizational Development to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like organizational development along with 3-5 years of experience in organizational development. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and business administration software is required. In addition, candidates must have knowledge of regulatory compliance, skills development strategies, capacity-building techniques, and fluency in English. Strong competencies in organizational behavior theories, progress tracking against goals, analytical thinking skills, data analysis, and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
