As the Commercial Finance Management Associate Director, you will play a crucial role as a key member of the account leadership team. You will serve as the primary commercial point-of-contact for account leadership and client's senior commercial leadership. This includes interacting with senior management at Accenture and overseeing all commercial aspects of Accenture's relationship with clients and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will involve leading the Accenture commercial team supporting an account team in areas such as finance/tax, contract management/legal, HR, and commercial operations.

In this role, you will provide an analytical focus to enhance commercial performance by managing commercial negotiations, escalations, and resolution of other commercial issues. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in commercial management functions. This position requires strong leadership skills to effectively lead and integrate the Accenture commercial team supporting the account team. • 5+ years of experience in commercial finance management
