Director, Projects Delivery

As the Director of Projects Delivery, you will play a crucial role in shaping the short and long-term strategy of our function in alignment with TAWAL's vision and mission. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for organizational change initiatives that support our overall strategy. Additionally, you will oversee the staffing and professional development of your direct reports in consultation with Human Capital to ensure effective team performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting operational plans for the department and ensuring their proper implementation by both direct and indirect reports. You will also be tasked with developing departmental objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring their clear communication at all levels within the organization. Furthermore, you will lead the development of the department's annual budget, making sure that all priority activities are adequately provisioned for while keeping a close eye on budget adherence by your team members.
