As the Head of Assets Management - Infrastructure/Buildings, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing advisory engagements across various asset management commissions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing asset management policies, lifecycle planning strategies, asset registers, predictive maintenance systems, and integrating with BIM, design, and project management teams to drive project success.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management within the buildings or infrastructure sector. Experience in consultancy or advisory positions is highly desirable. You should possess expertise in digital integration, predictive maintenance, asset management software, asset condition assessments, lifecycle optimization, and digital asset management applications. Familiarity with global standards such as the ISO 55000 series and certifications like PMP or IAM are advantageous.
