• Degree in electromechanical or engineering background
• Experience managing both Hard and Soft Services - client side, consultancy or top-tier service provider
• Experience managing subcontractor performance management (KPIs and SLAs)
• Knowledge of statutory compliance in buildings
• Knowledge or understanding of SFG20 and BICSc will be advantageous
