Facilities Manager - Hard Services

We are currently seeking a Facilities Manager - Hard Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hard services at our remote facility, providing advice to the client on effective strategies, identifying faults, and ensuring that quality, statutory code, and operational standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a proven track record of managing large scale iconic facilities. They should also possess comprehensive knowledge of facility management practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc etc., industry trends, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities include Electrical test and inspection, Statutory compliance, SFG20 knowledge, UPS maintenance, Generators oversight, HV management. Candidates should have the ability to identify faults and provide reports for rectification. Additionally, applicants must be willing to work in a remote location. The salary for this position ranges from SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. In addition to competitive compensation package benefits such as accommodation assistance, medical coverage, and flights will be provided.
