As a Senior People Partner at Chalhoub Group, you will play a vital role in attracting, developing, and supporting exceptional talent. Working closely with brand/functional management teams, you will provide operational HR support while aligning with Group HR policies to enhance employee experiences and drive cultural change. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing our people vision to support business strategies, reviewing workforce planning approaches for optimal organizational structures, translating competitor insights into actionable roadmaps for employee experience enhancements, providing guidance on various people-related areas such as recruitment and talent development.
