Our client, a prominent player in the luxury retail industry in the Middle East, is seeking a passionate and talented Regional Retail Director to join their team. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in the luxury sector and will be responsible for driving sales goals, loss control, P&L planning, and overall success across Directly Operated Stores in the region. We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and exceptional leadership abilities to lead teams effectively, train talent, and drive positive change within the organization.

As the Regional Retail Director, you will oversee daily operations in the market to ensure excellence in team member performance, guest satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to grow the business by setting performance goals for direct reports and standardizing work processes. Collaborating closely with General Managers as a Leadership Champion, you will focus on building a positive employee culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and exceeding financial targets.

Key responsibilities of this role include driving sales goals through revenue-building strategies, achieving financial objectives related to expense control and margin preservation, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize results. You will also be responsible for leading Store Managers towards profitability goals aligned with company values while fostering high-performance teams through recruitment strategies and succession planning. Additionally, you will ensure a world-class customer experience by executing effective selling strategies based on market trends analysis.

The ideal candidate must possess proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving business results. Strong knowledge of retail operations including inventory control, merchandising standards, customer service practices is essential. Experience in dynamic environments with proficiency in retail math concepts and KPIs is required. The successful candidate should be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills capable of building strong cross-functional relationships.
