As a Restaurant Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling online bookings, emails, and phone inquiries related to restaurant reservations. You must have a thorough understanding of Hotel products and services to identify sales opportunities effectively. Your role will involve reviewing booking reports for accuracy, addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly, and providing detailed information about hotel facilities and local areas. Additionally, you will assist in welcoming guests, seating them during busy hours, processing payments for special events or group bookings professionally.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (and local languages). Basic computer knowledge is essential along with familiarity with micros systems like Opera. You should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a multicultural setting.
