As a Customer Service Representative - Account Manager at Lynkit Information, you will be responsible for making outbound calls or sending messages to clients to establish and maintain strong relationships. You will need to possess a solid understanding of the relevant job knowledge, promptly address customer demands, and efficiently resolve user issues within specified time frames to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you will proactively identify and verify potential issues through client feedback, escalate problems to relevant departments for resolution, and propose effective suggestions for business optimization. Collaborating with development engineers to troubleshoot customer problems in real-time will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this role must be fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging interactions are essential qualities we are looking for. Prior experience in customer service or online services would be an added advantage. Candidates who are willing to work at Dubai Business Bay are preferred, especially those from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh who can communicate effectively in English & Hindi.
