As a pivotal position within our organization, this role will focus on driving key Organizational Development (OD) strategies, overseeing capability-building initiatives, and ensuring the consistent implementation of learning programs across diverse geographies. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing learning strategies at a corporate level that align with global business objectives. You will lead the creation of a global learning and development strategy that adapts to regional needs while driving organizational performance globally through OD strategies such as change management and talent development programs. Working closely with regional leaders and senior management, you will design blended learning programs tailored to specific training needs in each region. Additionally, you will oversee leadership development programs to foster a pipeline of skilled leaders supporting corporate growth.
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with 7+ years of experience in Learning and Development focusing on multi-regional or corporate-level Organizational Development and Change Management. Proficiency in managing large-scale cross-regional learning programs, understanding adult learning theories on a global level, utilizing digital platforms for training evaluation tools, and working effectively across regions are essential requirements for this position.
