Rixos Obhur Jeddah, the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah, is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for training in-house departmental Technical Trainers across various fields. You will coordinate and supervise internal technical training sessions for Department Heads and supervisors while ensuring that departmental training schedules are established well in advance. Collaboration with regional or corporate Training departments is key to aligning training activities effectively.

In addition to conducting General Training topics and overseeing new employee orientation, you will compile and update technical training manuals per field in collaboration with specialists. Monitoring employee training history files, coordinating performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with Training Guidelines are essential aspects of this role. Your strong communication skills will be crucial as you counsel supervisors/employees on training matters and maintain monthly reports according to hotel/regional office requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in L&D, a degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management, knowledge of luxury hotel standards, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary for success in this role.
