As a Senior Sales Development Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the SME and enterprise segments. Your role will involve conducting product demos and presentations to key decision-makers in HR, Finance, and Procurement teams. Utilizing our CRM system (HubSpot), you will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline while negotiating contracts that align with FlyAkeed's pricing strategies. Collaboration with BDRs, marketing teams, and customer success departments will be essential to drive revenue growth consistently.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with at least 3 years of SaaS sales experience focusing on HRMS, ATS, or SME ERP solutions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas coupled with strong presentation and negotiation skills are crucial. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients. Experience working with HubSpot CRM or similar tools would be advantageous.
