As a Senior Project Manager at JASARA, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the design process for multiple projects within the Giga Program. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project design budgets and schedules, monitoring quality control throughout the design process, managing design changes effectively while providing timely communication to stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases. Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the design process and drive innovation will be crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field with at least 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in design management. Experience in managing design processes for large-scale projects is essential, with preference given to candidates with infrastructure, theme park or hotel experience. Strong knowledge of design principles, codes, and regulations is required along with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while demonstrating strong organizational and project management abilities is key. Knowledge of BIM and other design software would be an added advantage.
