As the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to enhance the product offering of our SaaS platform. This platform is developed using the latest technologies in the industry. To qualify for this position, you should have a BA/BS or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience. Proven work experience as a technical lead or engineering manager is required along with a strong technical background. Analytical skills are essential for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems effectively. Excellent communication skills are necessary for overseeing staff members and collaborating with other management personnel. Being detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors that could lead to major issues is also crucial.
