The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-8 years of solid experience as an HR generalist with expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and employee relations. You should possess advanced knowledge of local labor laws and experience working in unionized environments. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
