As the KSA Demand Planner at Galderma, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of warehousing, inventory management, and customer service within the country. Acting as a vital link between supply chain operations and the commercial team, your primary objective will be to align local sell-out plans with Centralized Middle East Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Your responsibilities will include overseeing warehousing operations by managing 3PL providers to ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counts and full physical stock takes while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
In addition to warehousing operations, you will lead customer service management from 3PL to Wholesalers by ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of customer complaints. Collaborating with trade customers to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will partner with the commercial team to understand local market dynamics (Sell Out) and ensure alignment on sell-out strategies. This includes translating demand plans into actionable supply plans while monitoring forecast accuracy and proactively addressing deviations with stakeholders.
